Who can apply

Anyone who studies in Algeria: middle and high school pupils, university students and vocational trainees. Under 19, the age of majority in Algeria, a parent or legal guardian fills in the application for the student and confirms it with a declaration. One open application per account, and a new one is fine after the decision.

What we keep, and when we delete it

We keep your name, your address, your number and the photo of the document to review the application, and, for a student under 19, the relation and declaration of their parent or guardian. The photo is encrypted on our server; only the Emiko team sees it, in the Yogame dashboard, meaning the people who have the "Emi" permission there. We delete it 30 days after the decision, or after 60 days if the application was not reviewed. The application record (name, address, number, declaration, decision) stays while your account exists, and goes with it.
